Drippr — Smart Water Tracker

ScopeCove ("we", "us", or "our") built Drippr as a commercial application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the Drippr iOS application (the "App"). We are committed to respecting your privacy and keeping your data under your control.

The short version: Drippr stores all of your data locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or sell your personal information. There are no accounts, no analytics, and no third-party trackers.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Health and Hydration Data

Drippr allows you to log water and beverage intake, set hydration goals, and track daily progress. This data includes:

If you grant permission, Drippr can read and write water intake data to Apple HealthKit. This integration is optional and requires your explicit consent through the iOS Health permissions dialog. We access only the data categories you authorize.

1.3 Usage Data

Drippr does not collect analytics, crash reports, device identifiers, IP addresses, or any form of usage telemetry. We have no servers receiving data from the App.

2. How Your Data Is Stored

All data created within Drippr is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. Your information never leaves your device unless you explicitly use an Apple-provided feature such as iCloud backup.

3. Third-Party Sharing

We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose your personal information to any third parties. Period. There are no advertising SDKs, no analytics services, and no data brokers integrated into Drippr.

Drippr offers optional premium subscriptions processed entirely through Apple's In-App Purchase system. We do not collect or have access to your payment information. All billing is handled by Apple in accordance with their privacy policy.

6. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

Drippr is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Since all data is stored locally on device and we have no server-side data collection, there is no mechanism through which we could inadvertently collect such information. If you believe a child under 13 is using the App in a manner that concerns you, please contact us.

Because Drippr stores all data locally on your device and does not transmit any personal data to our servers, there is no personal information for us to disclose, delete, or sell. You maintain full control of your data at all times by managing or deleting the App on your device.

Your data benefits from the security protections built into iOS, including device encryption, biometric lock, and sandboxed app storage. Since your data never leaves your device, it is not subject to server-side breaches or network interception.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the App or other appropriate means. Your continued use of Drippr after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
